Marlon Maulsby

A Past student of Jamaica College, Marlon Maulsby was involved in the Chess club, Key club, Computer club and was also a reserved member of the School Challenge Quiz team. In sports, he was a member of the Cricket Team and Hockey Team.
Marlon Maulsby is a proud Ambassador for Worldskills Jamaica, he was Jamaica’s Representative for Web Design trade area in the 39th Staging of the Worldskills Competition in Shizouka, Japan, in November 2007.
Marlon Placed 13th of 19 web design competitors with a total 493 points, 7 points less than 500 points, which would have earned him a medallion of excellence. He was however awarded the Best of the Nation Medallion, for having the highest points on the Jamaican team.
Marlon is currently pursuing a BSc in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at the Vocational Training Development Institute (VTDI), on Gordon Town Rd. in Kingston Jamaica.
On several occasions, he has accepted the opportunity to share his experience with others in an effort to inspire and influence a positive approach towards goal achievement.
Marlon Maulsby had been previously apart of the National Skills Competition. As a volunteer usher/assistant in 2003 and as a Desktop Programming Competitor in 2005, he, however, did not medal in that year.
